Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning
Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning is built around its customers.
The founder of Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning, Theresa Borst, has over 18 years of experience working with individuals who have been through a traumatic event and as a result began to collect items or animals to cope with the trauma. For her and CCCC, working with their customers means a chance to show someone that they are not alone or forgotten.
Theresa is also the owner of Bio Clean, which has a long-standing reputation for confidentiality, compassion, and excellence, providing clean-up services with a heart to serve. Bio Clean works to prevent further trauma when an unexpected death has occurred.
Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning does not share client information, ever. Their goal is to help clients who have been collecting items or animals. The client is always the one in charge of any cleanup, determining what is kept, what is thrown away, and what is organized and moved to storage or kept in the home. Take a look at the Services page for a better idea of the process.
The CCCC Team
Theresa Borst is the president and owner of Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning. She is hands-on, working in every aspect of the business. She is dedicated to helping people and maintaining a standard of excellence throughout her business and customer interactions. To ensure that every person who comes in contact with CCCC receives the best level of customer service possible, Theresa has created and oversees training programs that each staff member undergoes upon hiring. These programs are dedicated to equipping staff with the tools and knowledge needed to help clients do so much more than cleanup; they help them take control of their lives and step forward courageously.
Kristen Post is the CFO for CCCC. Not only does she keep the books in order, but she is also the officer manager and often the first person a customer will speak with when calling. Before Kristen was ever an employee, she was a customer of Bio Clean. Her interaction with Bio Clean was such a positive experience that she chose to begin working with Theresa. Kristin works with Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning because she shares Theresa’s vision to provide compassionate, professional services to those who need it most.
Lisa Martinez is the project manager and assistant to Theresa. She is the other first point of contact for customers. She is with Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning because it means she gets to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people who truly need someone on their side. Lisa makes customers and staff alike feel as if they are family because she shows that CCCC truly cares for them. In her role at Compassion & Comfort Care Cleaning, her goal is to make sure every single customer knows that CCCC isn’t only there for the clean-up process, but that they will also be there after to help the customer get connected to the right service providers to continue their journey. Cleaning up is only part of the process to living a courageous, content life.
